Reservations & Collaboration
Reservations
If a user requires an item that is out on loan with another user, he/she may request for the reservation of the item. The user will be notified as soon as the reserved item is returned. Reserved items must be collected within 24 hours of the notice.

Reprographic Services
The library provides a range of reprographic services including Photocopying, printing and scanning

Information Literacy
The library offers orientation sessions for new students followed by in-depth information literacy instructional sessions designed to impart information literacy skills useful for academic purposes, such as writing research papers.
Current Awareness Services (CAS)
We have a book exhibition shelve in the library for the newly acquired books and journals to notifying users of new acquisitions. Also included are news on meetings, training courses and other events of interest to users.
Selective Dissemination of Information (SDI)
We send awareness to users on the latest publications in their specified field(s) of interest which are generated from pre-defined user’s profiles.
Digital and Electronic Resources
The library offers a digital library equipped with computers, allowing users to access internet and a wide range of online resources, including e-books, academic journals, databases, and multimedia. Users can access these resources both on-site and remotely through the library’s website. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the library, and patrons are welcome to bring and use their personal laptops
Circulation services
This includes the borrowing and returning of books and other materials. The circulation desk manages library accounts, renewals, and holds, and helps users with any issues related to borrowing materials.
Long loans
Refers to items from the open shelves. These are loaned out as follows:
Students – 4 books for 2 weeks; renew once
Lecturers – 5 books for 3 weeks; renew twice
Non-teaching staff – 3 books for 3 weeks; renew once
Short Loans
Refers to items from the Short-loan collection. These are selected items on high demand. They are loaned out for a period of 1 day or shorter depending on the demand.
Reference & Information Services
The library offers assistance to users seeking information at the circulation desk and any questions regarding location and use of all library materials, assistance with academic research, and any other library-related issues. It is from this area that library user is appropriately directed for specialized assistance
